NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Kylie Jenner stepped out in the West Village section of Manhattan on Wednesday, just one day after she confirmed on Instagram that she and rapper Travis Scott are expecting their second child.

Decked out in a form-fitting all-white ensemble, it marked the first time since the announcement that the 24-year-old beauty titan and her baby bump had been publicly spotted. She is in New York for Fashion Week.
Jenner was spotted having dinner at Carbone on Thompson Street with a group included her best friend Stassie Karanikolaou (see her arrival to the restaurant in the video below).
As Jenner walked through a mob of photographers outside Carbone, one of them asked how she was feeling, but she remained silent, head down and walked straight into the restaurant.
Jenner confirmed on Tuesday on Instagram that she is pregnant by posting a 90-second video which included a positive pregnancy test and an ultrasound appointment.
