After a 4 year long hiatus, now “expanded and updated,” as the official press release imparts, the Rhapsody Tour kicks off on October 4 in Baltimore, Maryland. Brian May, Roger Taylor and their electrifying frontman Adam Lambert will then make stops in Toronto, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, Dallas, Denver and more before wrapping things up on November 12 in Los Angeles, California. See the full list of shows with newly added dates below.

“Our last tour featured our most ambitious production ever,” Brian May said, “So we decided to rip it apart and get even more ambitious. Watch out world.”

“I can’t wait to tour North America one more time with the Rhapsody tour alongside the two unbelievably talented legends that are Brian May and Roger Taylor,” Lambert added.

While “the Rhapsody show is forever evolving, it remains at heart a tribute to Freddie Mercury’s majestic legacy, a confirmation of Brian and Roger’s undimmed musical prowess, plus a magnificent showcase for Adam’s vocal skills and electrifying stage charisma, all of which adds up to a glorious full-blooded celebration of one of the greatest songbooks in rock history.”

The Live Nation produced 150-minute career-spanning set celebrates the band with performances of some of Queen’s “immortal anthems like ‘We Will Rock You’, ‘Don’t Stop Me Now’, ‘Radio Ga Ga’, and ‘Somebody To Love’ alongside classic deep cuts and vintage fan favorites.”

Queen + Adam Lambert first played together on the 2009 finale of American Idol. By 2012 they began gigging together and have stayed on the road consistently over the past decade. While at first filling in for Freddie Mercury was at first daunting for Lambert, he’s grown very comfortable with the role over the years.

Due to overwhelming fan demand, Queen + Adam Lambert have announced the addition of the final eight new dates across North America now including second dates in Baltimore, New York, Boston, St. Paul, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, and Los Angeles following sellouts across the original shows. Tickets for the newly added shows will be available via a general on-sale beginning Friday, April 7 at 10AM local time via Live Nation.
