
Turkey on Thanksgiving. Ham on Easter. Isn't that how it goes for most of us?? And for Easter, the deviled eggs and potato salad for some of the sides. Maybe a green bean casserole? But the ham is the most important part for your Easter meal and leftovers!! A ham sandwich on rye bread the next day.....a must!! I grabbed this ham recipe from Simply Schnucks magazine. It's the monthly magazine they have in-store with recipes, cooking tips, cocktails and more. I'm sure you've seen it. They have a new issue every month. Honey Apricot Glazed Ham
Total Time: 2 1/2 HoursServes: 10-12
1 cup apricot jam1/2 cup Schnucks honey1/2 cup Schnucks chicken broth or water1 orange, zested and juiced1 tbsp. Schnucks Dijon mustard 1/8 tsp. ground cloves 1 5-7 lb. Schnucks spiral-sliced ham
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a small saucepan, combine apricot jam, honey, broth, orange juice and zest, Dijon mustard and ground cloves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
Score the top of the ham with a sharp knife and bake uncovered for 1ó hours. Remove ham from oven and brush with glaze. Bake for an additional 30 to 60 minutes until ham is warmed through, brushing with more glaze as desired.
