Thanks to a disqualification of Maximum Security, a 65-to-1 longshot wins the 145th Kentucky Derby, the first time ever that the horse that crossed the finish line first was NOT awarded the win. Maximum Security "impeded the field" on a sloppy track at Churchill Downs. It is the latest in a long line of controversial calls, non-calls and replays in 2019 in sports.
