Following their second Super Bowl appearance in as many years, the Chiefs had some holes to fill along the offensive line, made apparent by the Super Bowl record 29 QB pressures that Patrick Mahomes faced from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Chiefs general manager Brett Veach did a masterful job of filling those holes, signing veteran All-Pro guard Joe Thuney to a 5-year deal in free agency, trading for Pro Bowl tackle Orlando Brown Jr., and drafting All Big-12 center Creed Humphrey out of Oklahoma.
The Chiefs are set to begin training camp in St. Joseph on July 28th.
