The NFL has finished its Top 100 list, where players vote on the best players in the league, and a former Giant has added yet another piece of hardware to his shelf.
Saquon Barkley was voted No. 1 by his peers, claiming the title as the best player in football. The star running back set a league record for combined regular season and playoff rushing yards in a single season, won a Super Bowl, and now is considered to be the best in football.
Barkley at the top and Jalen Hurts in the top five continued a trend that sees nearly 10 percent of the list comprised of Eagles players, highlighting the tough road the Giants will have in the NFC East.
As for Big Blue, Dexter Lawrence came in at No. 17 as he continues to be one of the best defensive lineman in the league, and Malik Nabers, after a solid rookie season, ranking 67th on the list.
The Jets had six players on the Top 100 list heading into last season, but that number is now down to one, with Quinnen Williams being the lone representative on the list. The three-time Pro Bowler suffered a steep drop compared to last year, falling 50 spots, but still made the list at No. 87.
