One-year ago, Granger and Amber Smith endured one of the most painful losses of their life after their son, River, passed away in a tragic drowning accident.
"365 days since I held your curious, playful, vivacious spirit alive," Amber wrote on Instagram. "It's hard for me to grasp that I've been without you a third of the time I had with you."
Amber shared how terrible that day was and how the family has had to overcome this difficult point in their lives.
