How can I win a prize?
For call-to-win contests, visit the Contact Us page (this page) on this website and call the studio request line when prompted. Do not call the prize fulfillment line as they will not be able to help you unless you’ve already won a prize. For online contests, visit the Contests page on this website.
When will I receive my prize?
For 90% of live music concerts, ticket prizing is fulfilled within 2 weeks of the show date, and tickets will more than likely be digital. Once we receive the tickets, you will receive an email from our Promotions department with details about your event and instructions on how to digitally sign our standard prize release agreement that will be emailed to you be our prize platform, PromoSuite. Once you sign this form, your tickets will be emailed to you. Some shows may require will call fulfillment. If this is the case, you will be notified the week of the show with will call instructions. At that time, the original winner’s name will be sent to the box office at the venue for ticket pick-up after 5p the day-of the show. Tickets for these shows cannot be transferred and must be picked up by the original winner with a valid for form of identification. For physical prizing (merchandise, gift cards, gift certificates, vouchers, prize packs, etc.) prizes will be mailed within 2-3 weeks of winning. What are mobile tickets and how do I claim them?
Mobile tickets are a gift from COVID-19 that allows the station to easily transfer you tickets via the free Ticketmaster/Live Nation/AXS and other mobile ticketing apps. After signing your release form, you will be emailed your tickets. You will receive an email from Ticketmaster/Live Nation/AXS asking you to claim your tickets. Make sure you have the proper app downloaded and have an account created before clicking “Claim Tickets” in the email. Once you claim the tickets, you will receive another email from Ticketmaster/Live Nation/AXS to “View and Save Your Tickets”. You can use this link to view your tickets or, if you have the app downloaded, the tickets should appear in the “My Tickets” or “My Events” part of the app.
Claiming Mobile Tickets:
Once you sign your form, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster/Live Nation/AXS with the subject, “The station just sent you ticket(s) for a concert…” Please open the email and accept the ticket transfer by:
1. On your smartphone, open your email, and tap the Accept Tickets button in the email.
2. Sign in to the Ticketmaster/Live Nation/AXS account to accept your tickets.
o If you don’t have an account, create a new account with the email you provided the station when you won.
It’s the day-of the show and I have not received my prize. What should I do?

What does proof of vaccination or a negative test mean?
The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
