For the fourth year in a row, Chick-fil-A has been named America's favorite restaurant chain, according to Forbes.
The fast-food chain topped the American Customer Satisfaction Index for limited-service restaurant chains, which is based on results from nearly 23,000 consumers.
Chick-fil-A scored an 86 on the ASCI's 100-point scale, while "all other restaurants" came in at No. 2 with a score of 82, and Panera at No. 3 with a score of 81.
Four chains tied for fourth with a score of 80 including Arby's, Chipotle, Papa John's and Pizza Hut.
