According to Ale Street News, Hayes was given registration code 1085780890 for his emotional support animal "beer." Having beer with him helps deal with his social anxiety disorder.
"I'm not permitted a dog in my building, so I thought an emotional support beer would be more appropriate," Hayes said. "It helps alleviate my anxiety and is a cost effective way to manage stress."
