It looks like the United Kingdom may have come up with the perfect solution to a socially distanced concert.
The historic show was held at the new Virgin Money Unity Arena at Newcastle Racecourse on Monday night (August 11).
According to NME.com, the show entertained 2,500 attendees watching on from 500 platforms that were spaced two metres apart from one another.
"The arena is designed to keep you safe, with organized parking and a socially distanced queuing system into the arena where you will be directed to your personal area," Virgin Money Unity Arena wrote on their Facebook page.
The show was a success according those on social media.
