Say hello to Lucy! She's a 3-year old, female Chihuahua who is one of the cutest pups you'll ever meet. She's a bit cautious with strangers, but if you give her just enough time to warm up with you, she'll never leave your lap. Lucy has been in the shelter since July and is ready for a loving home.
