Garth Brooks is well known for winning CMA's Entertainer Of The Year. In fact, he has done it 7 times. In a press conference Wednesday, Garth expressed that he was receiving criticism about winning the honors too many times and to give other artists a chance. Garth agreed and withdrew his name from contention.
