The 2019 America's Health Rankings Health of Women and Children Report was just released by United Health Foundation.
The report provides a clear picture of the health of women, infants and children across the nation and here in California, which ranks 7th in the nation for the second consecutive year.
Dr. Janice Huckaby, Optum Chief Medical Officer for Maternal-Child Health Strategy for Optum talked about the findings from the report and offered some suggestions about what people can do to help improve their health.
