More than 40 million people in the US suffer from mental health problems—yet less than half receive adequate care and treatment.


General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is one of the most common anxiety disorders. Symptoms include excessive worrying or anxiety for six months or longer, accompanied by at least three other common complaints including restlessness, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, irritability, muscle tightness, and/or sleep problems.

Harvard-trained psychiatrists Dr. Marketa Wills came on the program to talk about these disorders and along with Dr. Carlin Barnes have written a comprehensive, practical guide to educate and help everyone better understand mental health.
