The energy sector has not escaped the impact of Covid-19. In fact the Marathon refinery in Martinez, one of California's major refineries, has announced it will be idled indefinitely causing California to import more foreign oil.
Energy expert Ron Stein with PTS Advance came on the program to explain what this means for the economy and consumers in the state.
As we recover from the pandemic, the economy demands for fuels will not be readily available and all will experience more expensive energy.
