Riverside County has reached the Accelerated Stage 2 phase of reopening, allowing bars, gyms, movie theaters, hotels, wineries and more to open today.
The state released guidelines for reopening according to KESQ, and business owners will be expected to maintain those safety standards in order to remain open.
The openings come just as Riverside County hit 10,000 COVID-19 cases.
Health officials are hoping this is just a small spike after the state has slowly reopened.
Businesses reopening today and the state continue to remind us all to wear masks, wash hands frequently and maintain social-distancing.
