The Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association made the difficult decision today, to cancel the Annual Rose Parade, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This highly-attended annual tradition for many Southern California families has gone on in the City of Pasadena since 1891.

According to ABC7, it's the first time the parade has been cancelled since World War II.

While disappointing, Organizers are cancelling in accordance with the Governor's Phase 4 reopening schedule.

As far as the Rose Bowl Game happening?  That is to be determined.
