Last Friday, 'The Gym' in Victorville, California reopened despite the state's "Stay At Home" orders.
The Gym's owner Jacob Lewis, told NBC4, "the support has been amazing", but he also said he's received death threats for his decision.
The gym has over 12,000 members, and plenty of them have returned back to the gym to work out. Employees and trainers are also back in the building.
Lewis said he has no plans of closing and even has a plan if the sheriffs try to force him to close. In his NBC4 interview he said,"If they cut our power, I'll have a backup generator here in three hours ready to go."
