Charles Kelley is best known for, along with Hillary Scott, being Lady Antebellum's lead singer, and it's a role he appreciates even more because he knows how difficult other jobs within a band can be.
"Something that most people probably don't know is I actually first started playing drums before I realized I could sing," he shares in a statement from the trio's label. "And you know, I wasn't a very good drummer.
"And then all of a sudden I started singing some and realized that I was better at that, and that the front man needed to be seen."
