Norco resident and Navy veteran Eugene Pritchard's 102nd birthday was made a little sweeter today, with a drive-by parade that included the Riverside Sheriff's Department and the Riverside County Fire Department.
Video from the event shows drivers and riders in the caravan honking their horns and wishing Mr. Pritchard a Happy Birthday and thanking him for his service, while the gracious centenarians thanked them for their kind words.
