Update: The puppy has been found and the suspect has been arrested!
ARE Animal Rescue in Hemet was the victim of a puppy theft yesterday after the three-month-old Corgi had just had surgery.
The puppy, named Kia, was taken out of an administrator's office, at the rescue located at Florida Avenue and State Street.
Surveillance video shows a woman with a young boy entering the office and walking out with the puppy.
A $1,000 reward is being offered.
