With many bars and restaurants temporarily shutting their doors in order to comply with the CDC's recommendation that large crowds or gatherings be avoided until the coronavirus crisis is over, Dierks Bentley is taking extra steps to make sure his employees are taken care of.
He announced today that he'll be providing each of his hourly employees at his Whiskey Row nightclub in Nashville an extra $1,000 to help them through the loss of income resulting from the temporary closure.
In a social media post, he also urged other Nashville bar owners to also take care of their bartenders, barbacks, wait staff, security, dishwashers, etc.
