Sometimes, you choose the pet, but sometimes the pet chooses you.
Such is the case with Dierks Bentley, who found himself a dog dad again after a performance on NBC's The Today Show earlier this week.

"The last thing I was expecting was to get another dog," Dierks later confessed on an Instagram post.
But if Dierks wasn't expecting to get another dog, there's a good chance the puppy had no idea he'd end up rehearsing with Dierks' 90's country band, Hot Country Knights!
