Narrated by Peyton Manning, the NFL Draft opening was a poignant one that acknowledged the strange place the world is in right now, but emphasized that the story of sports is often one of hope, and included a montage of fans having emotional moments.
One such fan was James Davidson, known to long-time K-Frog listeners as Jimmy Hoppa, who passed away in the fall from an aggressive form of cancer.
Jimmy was a passionate Cubs fan, and a video of him falling to his knees in tears after they won the World Series in 2016 went viral. A clip of that moment was included in yesterday's NFL Draft Open.
