The Mane Stage festivities really started to get underway as Kane Brown took the Mane Stage at Stagecoach Friday night.
The genre-defying artist demonstrated a range of influences, from pop and hip hop to more traditional sounds, particularly in "Used to Love You Sober," (during which he thanked his long-time fans), and from classics that have stood the test of time (like Ben E. King's "Stand by Me") to more current hits, like Marshmello's "Happier."
For "Short Skirt Weather," a karaoke video screen aired the lyrics so everyone could sing along.
He included hits like "What ifs" (minus his pal Lauren Alaina, scheduled to perform later in the weekend), "Heaven" and "Lose It," along with his current single, "Good As You" (dedicated to mamas), and a brand new tune, "Here's to BFE," a celebration of the middle of nowhere and a future popular Slappin' Leather line dance).
