The September 14th edition of Boots in the Park at SilverLakes in Norco was arguably one of its most diverse lineups, from the country-rock of headliner Kip Moore to the bluegrass-influenced High Valley to Texas Country artist Wade Bowen, and local favorite, the sultry and sassy Christie Huff, who more and more is coming into her own.
Despite the triple digit heat, the pit was packed with fans wanting to be up and close and personal with the artists, other festival-goers preferred the comfort of their lawn chairs, and walking around the venue displayed a wide array of other activities, from games of corn hole to line dancing at The Fort, as well as plenty of shopping, and food and beverage vendors.
The heat finally gave way as the sun set during High Valley's performance, allowing for a gorgeous evening by the time Kip Moore took the stage for his high-energy set.
