
Hillary Scott's mother is Linda Davis, who was a backup singer for Reba McEntire for many years, and even her duet partner on the classic "Does He Love You." But the Lady Antebellum singer thinks she got much more than her musical ability from her mother.
“I think one of the characteristics that I got from my mom is, I watched her my whole life have such a heart for people," she shares in a statement from the trio's label. "And I think that that’s part of who she was created to be.
"I think that’s part of who I was created to be. But I also got to have this beautiful example of that lived out by her. And so, I would say, a big wide open heart for people.”
Now, Hillary gets to instill those qualities into her own three children.
