"This is a bucket list moment for me," declared Lauren Alaina on the Mane Stage for her first ever Stagecoach. "I've dreamed of this moment for a long, long time."
In every show, Lauren selects someone to play the part of her "Next Boyfriend," and in what is quite possibly the first time a fanny pack has ever successfully attracted a woman, audience member Zach was invited to join Lauren on stage. Zach arguably did a better job with singing along than he did dancing...all in good fun.
She was clearly soaking up the moment of being at Stagecoach. "This is the loudest crowd we've ever had for that sang," she praised following her current single, "Ladies In the '90s," a tribute to the women who inspired her career.
"All I've ever wanted since I was three years old was write songs and have people sing them back to me. This is a dream come true," she said as she introduced her favorite song that she's ever written," "Three."
She recalled going to middle school with Kane Brown, and then, as adults, found themselves in Nashville sharing a #1 duet, "What Ifs." She performed a stunning solo version of that song, before ending her set with her first #1, inspired by "all the mean people on Facebook," "Road Less Traveled."
