As the sun sank on the final day of Stagecoach 2019, Old Dominion let their music do the talking for them, as they played hit after hit with very little pause in between.
“The last time we played Stagecoach, it was about 2:00 in the afternoon,” lead singer Matthew Ramsey reflected about a half hour into the set. “And there was a lot less people here!”
This performance was particularly memorable for the band, as “Make It Sweet” has just reached #1 on the charts this weekend.
An impressive guitar solo led into “Can’t Get You,” and Matt and Brad Tutsi performed a song they’d written, recorded by Kenny Chesney, “Save It for a Rainy Day.”
