Album releases become available for download Fridays at midnight East Coast Time. Since that's 9pm Thursday night West Coast Time, every Thursday night, Pepper picks her two favorite songs from the new country albums and plays them on K-Frog for New at Nine! Here are her picks for this week.
Newcomer Riley Green is stoked to finally be able to unleash a complete project of music with his debut album Different Round Here.
"There's some songs that I've played out that are some fan favorites that I'm excited about everybody hearing the recording of, but there's also some songs on there that I haven't played," he shares in a statement from his label. "Our band hasn't even learned [some of them] yet, so it'll be really cool for them to get a whole project that's got not only some stuff that they've fallen in love with, but also some stuff that they have no idea about.
"One of the cool things about this record I keep saying is, it's got a lot of different types of songs on it, and it will be my first complete project. You know, I put out a lot of EP's and singles over the years but to have a full record'll be pretty cool."
