As we continue to stay home as much as possible to help prevent the spread of coronavirus, Lauren Alaina appreciates what a challenge that can be for some people, especially those who are as bubbly and vivacious as she is.
"I am not the best at social distancing, it's a little bit hard for me," she admits in a statement from her label. "Obviously as a 25-year-old girl who lives alone, that can be kind of crazy to be at home alone, but I know the importance of it and I think right now it's not about me or about you, it's about all of us.
"We're all in this together, and we have to take the necessary precautions to stop this horrible, horrible virus, and as hard as it is for me, I am doing everything I can to be safe and clean and do my part, and I think we all have to do that right now," she continues.
"And I'm writing on Zoom, which is an app that I can connect with, it's a video app that I can connect with the other songwriters, and hopefully I can finish this album in this time and have that ready to go when we all get back to our lives."
