Now that we are in Phase 2 of reopening California, San Bernardino County has shared which businesses are open, and which are not, as we work to Move California Forward

Essential services, such as essential state and local government functions (like law enforcement), food services (grocery stores, farmers' markets, food banks, takeout and delivery restaurants, food trucks with PPE and no crowds), gas stations, convenience stores, banks and other financial institutions, laundromats and laundry services remain open.

Retail services may open for delivery or curbside pickup only, including book, clothing, and shoe stores, florists, home furnishing, jewelry, sporting goods, and toy stores, along with manufacturing and logistics to support retail.

Healthcare services like dental services, preventative care services and elective surgeries may proceed, although telemedicine is still encouraged when possible.

Limited services that don't generally require close customer contact, such as appliance repair, car washes, dog walking, pet grooming, residential and janitorial, plumbing may open.

Offices in all sectors, not just critical infrastructure, may re-open, including faith-based and non-profit organizations, although telework is still encouraged.

Outdoor museums, childcare facilities like daycare and in-home babysitting, and short-term rentals and campgrounds (for immediate households; no parties or gatherings), and trade schools that support essential workers may re-open.

Drive-up graduation ceremonies and religious services may take place (gravesite and wedding services are limited to 10 people).

Facilities that are not supposed to open yet include community centers, dine-in restaurants, convention centers, group campsites, entertainment venues (movie theatres, gaming, gambling, arcade venues, pro sports, indoor museums, zoos, and libraries), hospitality services (bars, wineries, tasting rooms, and lounges), hotels and motels for leisure and tourism, personal services (hair and nail salons, tattoo parlors, gyms and fitness studios), along with picnic areas, playgrounds, public pools, and theme parks.
