February is all about love — and at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Inland Empire, love is all about showing up for young people in a life-changing way.

At the beginning of the month, BBBS proudly announced their local Mentors of the Year, a reminder that one consistent, caring adult can make all the difference.

Sloane Keane, CEO of BBBS OC/IE and Grant Riddle, Regional Deputy Director of Development, discuss the history of Big Brothers Big Sisters in the Inland Empire, why mentoring matters more than ever, and how its impact is measured in real lives changed.
