Executive Director Jennifer O'Farrell discusses Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Inland Empire
As we celebrate Women's History Month, we're also putting the spotlight on a local hero: Riverside native Jennifer O'Farrell, Executive Director of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Inland Empire.
Since the opening of the I.E. chapter six years ago, Jennifer has led the continued growth of the number of children enrolled in the program by roughly 20% year over over; she spearheads the organization's Workplace Mentoring Program, leads several advisory boards and tripled the size of her staff by assembling a team that shares her passion for shaping our region's future workforce through one to one mentorship.
She discusses the difference that the organization has made in the lives of children throughout our community and the ever-growing need for volunteers.
