Being a golf and baseball fan, we were stoked that Cole Swindell took time during The Masters and Opening Day to chat with us about his new album. After 3 years in the making, Stereotype is officially out tomorrow (4/8). Cole revealed, "Normally I don't wait this long", but thanks to the pandemic he had extra time to commit to his project.
On the new album you'll hear his smash hit "Never Say Never" with Lainey Wilson. Cole said, "When we asked her to do this song I was just a fan of her music." Now it's apparent that the two have become friends. "When you get to know her, you're going to love her even more".
We found out that doing social media video may not be Cole's favorite thing to do. He recently posted a video were he accidentally fell into a dumpster. When I asked him what video of his makes him cringe the most he said, "probably some dumb TikTok video I didn't want to do."
