The ConnectIE project is a free tool that is available for community members that are in need of social services. Part of the project is a resource directory that the community members can search for food, housing, transportation, and other needs available in their communities. Jana Arellano, Administrative Director for the Inland Empire Health Information Organization, discusses the resources in Connect IE, and the partners bringing it together.
