On any given day, there are about 4,000 children, teens and sibling sets in need of safe and loving homes in Riverside County. Faith in Motion partners with the Department of Public Social Services and over 100 faith communities across the county to support foster families and children and youth in foster care.
On Saturday, June 11th, Faith in Motion is hosting a free event in Murrieta to help the public learn more about foster care and adoption. Irene Capen, Manager of Faith in Motion, as well as a mother of five who has fostered eleven children and adopted a sibling set, discusses how we can help a child in need.
