Gina Hollenbeck is a non-smoking former nurse and active mom of two. She was also diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer at the age of 38. She's now a six-year survivor of non-small cell lung cancer and been President of ALK Positive, a patient-driven organization dedicated to improving the life expectancy and quality of life for ALK-positive patients worldwide.

She attributes much of her survival to genomic testing, which identified an ALK alteration in her cancer. She, along with Dr. Christine Lovly, Associate Professor of Medicine, Translational Research and Interventional Oncology Research Program at Vanderbilt Health, and a board-certified physician-scientist who specializes in thoracic malignancies and lung cancer, discuss how genomic testing is helping the fight against lung cancer.
