America's childcare industry virtually collapsed during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the current Administration has responded with nearly $40 billion to address what the President describes as "an acute, immediate childcare crisis."
So, for parents who suspect their preschooler may have experienced meaningful learning loss due to the pandemic, what is the best way to address and remedy that loss?
Veteran educator and language pathologist Holly De Leon discusses how to recognize some of the learning loss "red flags" we may be observing in our young ones, and she'll tell us how we can help get our kids caught-up and back on track developmentally for a productive K-through-12 educational experience.
