Nicole Kidman earned an Oscar nomination today for Best Actress in a Leading Role for playing Lucille Ball in "Being the Ricardos," and no one is more proud of her than her husband, Keith Urban.
"CONGRATULATIONS on your OSCAR nomination today babygirl!!!!!," Keith posted on social media. "SO proud of you and all that you poured into this dual role. Lucille AND Lucy.
"We REALLY lived through it with you on this one baby, and you gave it EVERYTHING.

Meanwhile, Nicole told Variety that her fifth nomination in this category is "a thousand times more [exciting than the other nominations]. I don’t know if that’s age or having a 13-year-old and 11-year-old who understand a little bit what it is," she said to Variety. "My husband, who is so much a part of all this, and having a family to celebrate with, it’s extraordinary. I find as I get older, everything gets more intense."
Nicole also earned praise from Lucille Ball's own daughter, Lucie Arnaz, who described Kidman's performance as, "astounding."
