Last month, football fans were shocked as Damar Hamlin collapsed on field in the middle of a game. But the assistant athletic trainer Denny Kellington immediately started CPR, and is credited with saving his life, and sparking a renewed interest in the public getting trained in these lifesaving measures. But where can we get this training in the Inland Empire? And what do we need to know about CPR? Katy Harney, Owner and Director of Life First Training Center in Yucaipa, discusses how CPR works, along with the training and certification process, and why she feels she's been called to help save lives.
