Old hand-written love letter found in house in Riverside; do you know the author or recipient?

While renovating her new-to-her house near California Baptist University in Riverside and taking out an old sink in a bathroom, my friend Nicole found an old love letter and got this crazy idea that maybe we could find either the author or the recipient!

"You are the person that brought out the goodness in me, and I thank God every day that I'm with you," the letter, addressed to a "Stephine" and signed by a "Jeremy" reads. Presumably, the pair are teenagers, as the author expresses his desire to be with her "as long as I can be, through junior high and high school."

At first, we imagined the letter to be from the days of yore, when electronic communication was still a far off thing of the future, but it appears to be dated with the year 2000, which brings up many other questions - like who wrote notes like this in 2000? Wouldn't it have been more efficient to send it via AOL IM? While the hand-written letter is very romantic, did Jeremy not have a disc with free hours on AOL? These questions are keeping us awake at night, and we need answers.

Do you think you might know either Stephine or Jeremy? The house the letter was found in is near California Baptist University. We want to know how this love story ended - or if it's still going, and if Jeremy ever got an email account. Let us know!
