Meet Phillip!
This two and a half year old cat is full of personality! He's hanging out in one of the community cat rooms at ARE Animal Rescue's Hemet Adoption Center, and any time a volunteer goes in to give the kitties love, Phillip is first in line! He like to give headbutts and will sit in your lap and snuggle.
