This handsome, 5-year-old, ginger boy was transferred to ARE
Animal Rescue from the county shelter after being placed on the euthanasia list. He was going to be euthanized solely due to his lack of vision! The rescue stepped in asking to rescue this poor kitty who didn't deserve to be put to sleep!
Popeye can be a little timid, which makes sense since he was mistreated earlier in his life causing the loss of the eye, but he is a loving cat once he gets to know you! He prefers to let his friends do all of the playing while he lies around and watches them have fun. He's great to sit on the couch with and watch television or snuggle up with in bed.
