As part of Pepsi's commitment to increasing female visibility and leadership throughout the company, and to honor women demonstrating leadership in their communities, they’ve launched "She is PepsiCo," an initiative to show women thriving in frontline roles traditionally held by men, inspiring other women to become product delivery drivers, warehouse and production staff, and quality technicians. "She is PepsiCo" honors more than two dozen female employees across the country who exemplify leadership and dedication to their teams and communities.
