Pierre's Bread Basket Food Service has been a longtime local lifeline in San Jacinto. For more than 23 years, friendly volunteers have shown up to make sure no family in Riverside County goes without food. Open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to noon, they hand out bag and box lunches and let families shop the store for essentials, thanks to donations from places like Sprouts, Trader Joe's, McDonald's, and generous neighbors. Former K-Frog DJ Marshall Thomas (aka "Marshall K. Frog") explains how this all works, how many lives are touched, and how folks can help.
