“60 Miles East” is a new exhibit at the Riverside Art Museum that traces the Inland Empire’s homegrown music scene — especially the punk and alternative movement that took root in garages, backyards, and small clubs across the region. The exhibit showcases rare photos, flyers, instruments, album art, and personal stories from the musicians, artists, and fans who built a culture of creativity and DIY far from the spotlight of Los Angeles.
I.E. native Travis Barker, Curator Ken Crawford and 98 Posse's Art Moreno discussed this exhibit at a recent media event.
