San Bernardino youth are struggling; homelessness among teenagers is at 10%, and the School Board considers 90% of students "socioeconomically disadvantaged." In fact, they reported that in the 2019/20 school year, over 30,000 San Bernardino County K-12 students were identified as homeless or lacking secure housing, increasing 6.6 percent from the previous year. Sandals Church, in partnership with the ROGO Foundation, are starting to build a teen center in the heart of San Bernardino to help address some of these concerns. Tyler Bianco, Communications Lead for Sandals Church, discusses this ministry.
