Scotty McCreery and his wife, Gabi, announced the arrival of their first child on Tuesday (October 25), a baby boy named Merrick ‘Avery’ McCreery.
The "Damn Strait" singer shared a slideshow of photos and revealed that the little one came 11 days early, but both mom and baby are healthy and doing great.
"Never known a love like this," McCreery said, sharing a picture of the newborn. "Merrick ‘Avery’ McCreery joined us 11 days early on October 24th at 4:34am! 7 lbs 13oz of nothin but love."
The couple announced to the world that they were expecting their first child together back in June.
